Rosen Revealed with Oculus VR.
For this project, Rosen needed a fresh way to connect with meeting and event planners. This audience is among the largest recipients of self-promotional pieces out there and they’ve seen it all. So we created a series of immersive events called “Rosen Revealed” with an espionage theme, to showcase the updated Rosen brand difference. The campaign targeted 50 A-list event and meeting planners in six cities across the country including San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, Alexandria and Chicago. We created:
• a printed invitation that included invisible ink
• a video built into the invite
• push a button to call a live operator in order to RSVP for the event
The invite contained the guts of simple cell phone which magically allowed the recipient to call and talk with a real person. The events were held at unique “speak-easy” type venues and once there, the attendees were treated to an immersive VR experience that allowed them to tour the Rosen properties. The ROI was incredible, with a client booking a meeting after the first event that paid for the whole campaign.
