These spots were shot by Director Ben Van Hook. For this project, Nemours wanted to promote their amazing doctors to the public. But needed a way to do it that would be compelling to a viewer. A way that would connect with them emotionally while communicating how unique and special these doctors really are.

The solution? A simple thank you letter from a family member. And, capturing the real, unfiltered emotion as the doctor read the letter for the very first time.
